Thing #7

Computer technology can be very frustrating! I was finally able to compose a picture using Mosaics and posted it on my blog for Thing #6. It took a long time and many tries, but I did it. Now it is gone. All that I have is a frame and a "x" ("x" marks the spot?) where the picture should be. Yesterday, one of the pictures that I had taken and put on my blog disappeared, but today it is back and another picture I had taken is now missing. I don't know what I am doing wrong, but it is very frustrating!

Thing #6

I assembled photos of Williamsburg from Flickr to make this mosaic. This took a lot of trial and error before I could finally reach this point, but it is a success. I am proud of myself!

Governor's Palace in Colonial Williamsburg

I took this picture of the top of the Governor's Palace in Williamsburg on December 4, 2006. The beautiful blue sky makes a perfect background for pictures. The sky is almost always what I call "Williamsburg Blue", this deep rich blue.

Williamsburg at Christmas! My favorite place to be during the holidays. I took this picture on December 4, 2006, the day after The Grand Illumination at Colonial Williamsburg. It is the Governor's Palace decorated for Christmas.
